Today I’m sticking with the simple things: steak and baked potatoes. I generously sprinkled steak with steak seasoning and popped it into the oven. My youngest scrubbed a few potatoes and threw them into the oven with the steak. After the steak cooks a bit, I’ll pull it out and drop each one in a pan of sizzling butter to create a nice crust. The potatoes will be served with butter and cheese.
